Once your package starts
Two stages, then a report every month
How it starts, the dates and what it costs are on Pricing.
Cancel at any time and your package ends 30 days later. Billed monthly there is no fixed term. Paid for the year, the months you used are charged at the monthly price and the rest comes back to you. You can move up at any time, starting at once; you pay the difference for the rest of the current billing period, and down at any time, starting on your next charge date; the current period is not refunded.
Setup
after your first paymentYou give us access to the systems the plan names and one person who knows the work. We connect your data, set up each workflow with the right model for each step, and check it on a test set from your own history. The first workflow goes live when you give your OK.

A test set from your own work
During setup we gather real cases from your history - the invoices, orders and exceptions that went wrong before - so any new model can be checked on your work, not on a demo.
Switched only when it is better or cheaper, with your OK
When a release does your job better or cheaper on that test set, we show you the difference. It goes live only if you say yes.

The rules we commit to on your systems:
- During the free review we only read your records.
- Nothing changes in your systems without your OK, and a step runs on its own only when you decide.
- Passwords and keys are stored apart from everything else, never in messages.
- Every action is logged, so you can see what happened and when.
- When something is unclear, the work stops until a person decides.
