Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Fancy Pants Online Inc. ("FPI", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information gathered through our website at fpi.cc (the "Website"), our customer portal, and the AI automation and creative services we provide (together, the "Services"). References to "you" and "your" mean visitors to the Website and the people at the organizations we work with. By using the Services, you confirm you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email, company, and the description of the workflow you want to automate. When you book a call, we collect the scheduling details you provide. When you contact us, we collect the contents of your message.
- Account information. If you create a portal account, we store your email address and a securely hashed password. If you enable two-factor authentication, we store an encrypted authentication secret and hashed backup codes. If you sign in with a third-party provider (Google, Microsoft, Apple, or Facebook), we receive the basic account identifiers that provider shares.
- Billing information. If you become a customer, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card details; we do not store full card numbers. We receive limited payment metadata (such as the card brand, last four digits, expiration, and country of issuance) and keep our own records of invoices, payments, subscriptions, and service credits.
- Service and technical data. Standard server and security logs, including IP address, request metadata, browser and device information, timestamps, and information used to prevent abuse and rate-limit our forms.
- Marketing preferences. Whether you have opted in or out of our email updates.
2. How we collect it
- Directly from you, such as when you submit a form, book a call, create an account, or contact us.
- Automatically when you use the Website, such as through cookies and server logs.
- From third parties acting on our behalf, such as our payment processor when you pay us, or a sign-in provider when you use it to log in.
3. How we use it
We use personal information to:
- Respond to your inquiry and follow up about working together.
- Provide, operate, bill for, and support the Services, including managing your account and processing payments.
- Send you relevant updates and marketing by email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
- Analyze and improve the Website and Services, and develop new offerings.
- Secure the Services, prevent abuse and fraud, and protect our and others' rights and property.
- Comply with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory requirements, and enforce our Terms of Service.
We may aggregate or de-identify data and use it for any lawful purpose, including improving the Services.
4. How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:
- Service providers. We use a small number of trusted providers to run our business, each processing your information only to provide their service to us: Freshworks (Freshsales CRM and Freshmarketer email), Calendly (scheduling), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and secure file storage), Vercel (website hosting), Google (transactional email and sign-in), and third-party AI and generative-model providers such as Anthropic (to power the AI automation and creative Services). We do not use your personal information, or the materials you provide, to train these providers' general-purpose AI models.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required or permitted by law, or to investigate, prevent, or address fraud, security issues, or threats to the safety of any person.
- Business transfers. If FPI is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption of sensitive credentials and access controls. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
We keep your information for as long as your account or engagement is active and thereafter for as long as needed to meet legitimate business, legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes, after which we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to records we must keep by law.
If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if your account may have been compromised), please notify us immediately at services@fpi.cc.
6. Children
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK). If we learn we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
7. Cookies and Do Not Track
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Website, keep you signed in, and understand how the Website is used. Most browsers let you control or reject cookies; if you reject them, some functionality may be lost. Because there is no common industry standard for Do Not Track signals, we do not currently respond to them.
8. Links to other websites
The Website may link to sites we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
9. Your choices
- Unsubscribe. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us, to stop marketing messages. We may still send essential service messages (for example, billing) where you are a customer.
- Access, correction, and deletion. Email services@fpi.cc to request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it.
10. California residents
California law lets residents request, once per year, information about the personal information a business has disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. FPI does not share your personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing. California residents may also have rights to know, access, and delete personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, email services@fpi.cc.
11. Users outside the United States
We are based in the United States and store information there. If you access the Services from elsewhere, you are transferring your information to the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. If you are in the EEA or UK, you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, and port your personal data, subject to certain conditions. To exercise any of these rights, email services@fpi.cc. If you have an unresolved concern, you may contact your local data protection authority.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be noted here. If you do not agree with a change, please stop using the Services.
