Package terms

These terms apply when you sign up for a package on fpi.cc. Together with our Terms of Service at fpi.cc/terms, they are your order with Fancy Pants Online Inc. ("FPI", "we", "us"). Where they differ from the Terms of Service, these terms control for that order.

1. Signing up

You choose Essential or Standard, billed monthly or paid for 12 months up front, and tick a box agreeing to the start date, the price and the charge dates shown with it. You save a payment card with our payment processor, Stripe. Nothing is charged when you sign up. We never see your card number.

2. The fixed dates

Days are calendar days counted from the day you sign up (day 0). The dates do not move, including if access is late.

• By day 3: the kickoff call, and read-only access to the data we agree on. We read that data and change nothing in your systems.
• Day 8: we email you a reminder with a one-click cancel link.
• By day 10: the free review ends in your plan, built on whatever access we had. We walk you through it and send it in writing.
• Day 15: we take your first payment, unless you have cancelled.

3. Cancelling before the first payment

You can cancel on or before day 14, for any reason or none, with the one-click link in our emails, in your account, or by replying to them. You then pay nothing, and neither of us owes the other anything more under this order. Your first successful payment is the point of no refund.

This free window is for your first sign-up only. It does not open again when you change package, change how you pay, or sign up again later.

Nothing runs in your business before that payment: we set up no workflow, agent or monitor, and run none, until it succeeds.

4. Charges and billing dates

• Your billing is anchored to your sign-up date. Your first month runs from your sign-up date to the same date next month. It is charged on day 15. Every later month is charged on your sign-up date (or on the last day of a shorter month).
• If you pay 12 months up front, your first year runs from your sign-up date to its anniversary, is charged on day 15, and renews on the anniversary.
• If the charge on day 15 does not go through, we email you a link to pay or to confirm it with your bank, and we try your card again for up to 3 nights. The package starts only when a payment succeeds.
• Prices exclude tax. Applicable tax is calculated from your billing address and added to each invoice.

5. Only the package you chose starts

If you do not cancel, the package you chose at sign-up starts. If your plan recommends a different package, it starts only if you choose it, in your account, through the link in our email, or in writing. Before your first payment you can switch package or billing freely; the first charge is for what you have on that day, on the same date.

6. Packages and price

• Essential: $800 a month list price, covering: your first result set up, and kept working as your data and team change.
• Standard: $3,000 a month list price, covering: more of your work handled, across more of your business.
• Partnership: from $12,000 a month, quoted on a call, covering: as much handled as your roadmap calls for.
• Paying 12 months up front is 15% off. There is no other discount.
• Setup is included: connecting your data, the workflow or agent, the model for each step, the checks before anything goes live, testing on your history, and the monitor and monthly report.

7. The value aim

Your plan states a value aim of 5 times the package's yearly list price: over $48,000 a year for Essential, over $180,000 for Standard, and over $720,000 for Partnership. Your monthly report tracks progress against it. It is an aim, not a promise, warranty or guarantee of results, and missing it gives no right to a refund, credit or other remedy.

8. Moving between packages

• Moving up. After your first payment you can move up at any time, in your account or in writing. It starts at once, and we charge the difference for the rest of your current billing period that day. If that charge fails, nothing changes.
• Moving down. You can move down at any time. It starts on your next charge date, and that charge is at the new price. The current period is not refunded. You can withdraw a move down before it starts.
• Your dates stay. Your billing stays on your sign-up date whatever you change. Switching between monthly billing and paying for the year after your first payment is done with us in writing.

9. Cancelling after the first payment

• Monthly. Monthly billing has no fixed term. You can cancel at any time, and your package ends 30 days later, or at the end of the billing period you have already paid for if that is later. Service continues until then. A charge that falls inside those 30 days covers only up to the end date.
• Paying 12 months up front. Your paid year renews each year on its anniversary, and we email you a reminder before it does. You can cancel at any time, and your package ends 30 days later, or at the end of the year you have paid for if that is sooner. The 15% discount is then reversed: the months used up to the end date, counted in whole months rounded up (a started month counts in full), are charged at the monthly list price, and whatever your payment for the year covers beyond that is refunded to the card you paid with, with the tax on it, on the end date. If the months used cost as much as the year, nothing is refunded. Example: Essential paid for the year at $8,160, ending in month 5: 5 months at $800 is $4,000, so $4,160 is refunded.
• How to cancel. Cancel in your FPI account, or email services@fpi.cc. You can undo a cancellation in your account before it takes effect.
• Refunds. A monthly payment already made is not refunded. The only refund is the prepaid one above. Fees are otherwise non-refundable as the Terms of Service say. The value aim is yearly (12 months of the list price) whichever way you pay.
