Use case: one set of numbers

One set of numbers your team trusts.

Sales in one place, ad spend in another, shipping and returns in a third. When each system gives a different total, a report turns into a debate about whose number is right. We bring it together and check every figure against your own source records.

Separate streams of figures converging into a single, checked total

All your numbers in one place

Your website, ad accounts, store, email and shipping data in one view, reconciled back to your own records. Questions about any figure get answered from the record behind it.

How it works

  1. 1

We list every place a number lives: store, ads, accounting, shipping, spreadsheets.

  2. 2

Agents match the records one by one and flag every place they disagree.

  3. 3

Each figure links back to the record it came from, so anyone can check it.

  4. 4

A monthly report reads the same way every time, so everyone works from the same numbers.

How we reconcile

We pick the key two systems share, such as an order number, a job, or a date and a name, and match on it. Where no key exists, we find one in the records themselves, and anything we cannot match goes to a person instead of a guess.

What we need from you

Read-only access to each system the numbers come from. The person who builds today's report, for one walkthrough. A 30-minute kickoff.

Kept current

A new model is checked against reports you already trust before any figure changes, and switched in only with your OK.

How it starts

See your numbers agree.

A first call to see if it fits. Then you choose a package and save a card; nothing is charged. You get a free review of your data, read-only, and a plan on your own numbers by day 10. Cancel by day 14 and you pay nothing; otherwise your package starts on day 15. After that, cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.

Bring the report your team argues about most. We will tell you on the call where the numbers split.

Your details

Your company and email - then pick a time or just send the note. You add your name once in the calendar, so nothing is entered twice.
