Use case: the retyping between systems

Stop typing the same thing into two systems.

Orders, invoices, bills and payments keyed from one system into another, every week. Agents do that work to your rules, a person checks it until you decide otherwise, and the hours come back to your team.

Records from different systems drawn together into one clean line

The repetitive work, automated

Keying orders and invoices across systems, drafting purchase orders, matching payments to invoices, routing orders, chasing late suppliers, assembling the weekly report. Each entry is checked against its source, and the work no longer waits for the one person who knows how.

Every change waits for your OK until you decide a step can run on its own.

Stock and suppliers, watched

Reorder points, purchase orders, supplier dates and warehouse charges checked across systems, so running out, over-ordering and late deliveries stop being things a person has to catch by hand.

Works inside your store, warehouse and books; nothing has to move.

How it works

  1. 1

We learn how the task is done today, from one walkthrough and your own records.

  2. 2

We set up agents that do it the same way, with the right model for each step.

  3. 3

They draft and a person checks. Nothing reaches a customer or your books without your OK.

  4. 4

When a step has run clean for the number of weeks you set, you can give your OK for it to run without a check each time.

What we need from you

For the free review: read-only access to the systems on both sides, for example your store, accounting and the shared inbox, plus the person who does the task today, for one walkthrough, and a 30-minute kickoff. After setup, the agents get access only to the steps you choose.

Kept current

As cheaper or better models arrive, we test them on your own tasks and switch only with your OK.

How it starts

Hand over the task your team retypes most.

A first call to see if it fits. Then you choose a package and save a card; nothing is charged. You get a free review of your data, read-only, and a plan on your own numbers by day 10. Cancel by day 14 and you pay nothing; otherwise your package starts on day 15. After that, cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.

Bring the task that eats the most hours each week. We will tell you on the call how we would take it over.
